1. You are invited by Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte. Ltd. (UEN No.: 201013383H) (“ATS”), to provide a quote to ATS for the provision of Outsourced Payroll Services and integration with ATS’ ERP system (the “Service”) which possesses the specifications as set out in the Invitation to Tender.

2. This Invitation to Tender contains the following:
(a) Covering Letter with the prescribed Form of Tender;
(b) Part 1 Section A – Instructions to Tenderers;
(c) Part 1 Section B – Conditions of Contract;
(d) Part 2 – Requirement Specifications; and
(e) Part 3 – Guidelines for Tenderers.

3. The attached Form of Tender must be fully completed in its prescribed form.

4. Your Tender Offer must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers.
