Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking quotations and proposals for the provision of consultancy and technical support services related to the implementation of the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS). We kindly invite you to submit your proposal detailing how your services can fulfil our requirements.

Proposal Requirements
Your quotation and proposal should minimally cover the following scope of work:

1. Project Initiation and Gap Analysis:

• Detailed plan for assessing the current information security posture against ISO/IEC 27001 requirements
• Identification of gaps and areas needing improvement

2. Training:

• Provision of training sessions for our staff on key aspects of ISO/IEC 27001 and the ISMS framework
• Any supporting materials or resources to be provided

3. Risk Assessment and Selection of Treatment Options:

• Methodology for conducting a risk assessment aligned with ISO/IEC 27001
• Recommendations for appropriate risk treatment options based on the assessment findings

4. Documentation and Process Implementation:

• Assistance in developing necessary documentation such as policies, procedures, and records
• Support in implementing required processes within the organization

5. Internal Audit & Management Review:

• Planning and conducting an internal audit of the ISMS
• Guidance for management review processes post-audit

6. Presence During Stage 1 and Stage 2 Certification Audit:

• Availability and support during the official certification audits to ensure a smooth process

• Please include references from previous clients where you have successfully implemented ISO/IEC 27001 or similar information security systems
